Must be current full-time employees of their respective travel company

All players and supporters names must be submitted prior to the event by 30th June 2014.
Each supporter & player will be provided with the following:
Tournament pass, including name badge
2 Drink vouchers to be redeemed at the bar. A cash bar is also available
1 BBQ Voucher
We also welcome an additional 20 supporters per company; these can be friends & family. Children are welcome. There will be a bouncy castle & face painting table for the kids or those young at heart.
Additional BBQ vouchers can be purchased on the day. There will also be a cash bar from 15:00. Tea/ Coffee & refreshments will be provided for everyone on arrival.
The best player of the tournament will be awarded a trophy!
Due to the large number of supporters expected to attend on the day we will only allow supporters and players that has submitted their names PRIOR to the event. Each company team (x6 players) along with their official supporters (x20) will receive, upon registration, an official pass and lanyard along with their food and drink vouchers. This pass must be worn at all times, except when playing!

From the A40 take the B452 turn-off towards Ealing (actually signposted as Perivale) along the Argyle Road. Go through two sets of traffic lights keeping in the left hand lane. At the first roundabout, (about 0.5Km) turn right into Vallis Way. Trailfinders Sports Club entrance is at the end of the road. Plenty of free parking is available at the Sports Ground.

Ealing Broadway – http://www.tfl.gov.uk/assets/downloads/standard-tube-map.pdf. Taxis are available to hire from outside the station.
The Sports ground will be operating a shuttle service to and from Ealing Broadway underground station. This will operate on arrival between 13:00-15:00 and again on departure between 20:00-21:00.
As you come out of Ealing Broadway station, cross over the traffic lights. Follow the road to the right. There is a pub called ‘The Shanakee’ which is directly opposite the park.
Many buses stop in the vicinity of Trailfinders Sports Club, including the 297, E1, E2, E7, E9 and E10
